Sir Alex Ferguson believes Carlo Ancelotti will soon return to management and described him as ‘one of the best managers the game has seen.’

“[He’s] one of my good friends and also one of the best managers the game has seen,” Ferguson wrote in his programme notes ahead of today’s UNICEF charity match at Old Trafford.
“He’s a great guy and I think he’ll be back in the game shortly, there’s no doubt about that. People with that ability don’t stay out of it for too long.”
