According to Heller’s lawsuit, the film is filled with errors and intentionally makes Heller — who was played by Paul Giamatti — the bad guy of the movie.

The lawsuit alleges that Heller is presented as a sleazy manager who only took advantage of the group, making them sign unfavorable contracts and duping them off their own money.
Heller says he never consented to have them use his name or likeness in the lawsuit, further adding that they stole content from his own screenplay and books.
The movie is the highest-grossing musical biopic of all time, and Heller clearly wants a piece of the pie.
“The larger the success of the film, the greater the damages,” the lawsuit said.

Ribery Edges Closer To Bayern Return

Ribery Edges Closer To Bayern Return

Fitness boost for Bayern, as longterm injury victim Franck Ribery trained for the first time in football boots since March.
Ribery has not featured in a march since sustaining an ankle injury in the champions league clash against Shakhtar Donetsk last season.
And since then Ribery has been restricted to light work and running drills with the ball, but Bayern are hopeful he’ll make a comeback.
A statement read: “Slowly but surely, long-term injury victim Franck Ribery is returning to full fitness.
“On Friday, at the same time as his team-mates were setting off for the evening Bundesliga fixture in Frankfurt, the French winger pulled on and laced up his football boots for the first time since sustaining an ankle injury last spring.
“Franck’s 45-minute training session out on the pitch also included a few drills with the ball at his feet. Once he was done, the superstar high-fived every one of the 20 or so fans who had watched him train.”

Pele: Neymar Can’t Defend Or Head

Pele: Neymar Can’t Defend Or Head

This is what Brazilian legend Pele thinks about his compatriot Neymar, he doesn’t consider him a great footballer because he can’t score with his head or defend.
Neymar is currently the star of the Brazilian team and is believed to have the potential to be a great player.
However, Pele accepts Neymar is talented, but he believes there are players from the past who are better than he is.
“Neymar is a good player, but how many goals has he scored with his head in his life?” Pele pondered in an interview with Placar .
“He is an excellent player, but Vasconcelos, my team-mate at Santos, was 10 times better than Neymar, without any doubt.
“Neymar is an attacker, he plays up front, that is it. He does not track back, does not organise and does not come out to play.
“It’s difficult to compare him with so many players of the past when he has such weaknesses. Although, within the current Brazil team, he is the main figure, the only one.”
Pele also offered his opinion on Neymar’s Barca team-mate Lionel Messi, who he considers to be the best in the modern era, but also pointed out some weaknesses.
“Messi, as I have always said over the last 10 years, is one of the players I consider superior,” Pele said.
“But he doesn’t use his head. He predominantly uses his left foot and is not ambidextrous. Today he is the best.
“Messi has the same style as Maradona, the same kind of game. He is lucky because there is no one to compare him>

Former Baryen Coach, Omar Hitzfeld Wants Pep Guardiola To Sign One-year Contract Extension

Pep Guardiola’s current Bayern Munich deal finishes at the end of the season but former boss Omar Hitzfeld believes a one-year contract extension would suit all parties.
Guardiola has constantly been linked with a move away from the Allianz Arena with Manchester City mentioned as potential suitors, but Hitzfield feels for now 44-year-old still has to work to do in Germany.

Omar Hitzfeld while speaking to German Sports publication, Bild, said
“A one-year extension would be a good solution for both Bayern and Guardiola,”
“Guardiola has rebuilt the team at Bayern and is nearly done doing so. Bayern are playing some outstanding football. It is now important to continue on the same path. With a one-year extension, both sides still have some freedom, but also have certainty.”

“Pogba to Barca? Why not?” Raiola said to Radio Monte Carlo.
“Juventus received an offer of more than £61million (€80m) in the summer, but I don’t know if there will eventually be an agreement between Barcelona and Juventus. The big signings aren’t made in January. Still, Juve value him at £71m (€100m).”

Chelsea Make Bid For Shakhtar Donetsk Striker?

He is Shakhtar’s top goalscorer this term has averaged approximately a goal every 62 minutes with 16 goals in his first 11 games in the Ukrainian Premier League. That’s a better league strike-rate than Robert Lewandowski…
