Standup9ja: Another fuel tanker bursts into flames after crashing into trailer
Both vehicles were on fire before the fire service arrived on the scene to extinguish it.

According to a report by The Punch, the spokesperson of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Bisi Kazeem, said officials of the agency supported officials of the fire service to put out the fire as both vehicles were up in flames.
Disclosing
that the accident happened around 8am, he said no lives were lost in
the accident and that injured victims have been transported to a medical
facility.
He said, "No life was lost. The accident happened on Suleja-Minna road, specifically in Mallam Karo village, on Friday, June 29.
"The
cause of the crash was speed violation, leading to loss of control.
Victims have been taken to the General Hospital Suleja, as they were
attended to by FRSC officials and other security agents such as men of
the Nigerian Police Force and Fire Service officials from Suleja. The
vehicles caught fire after a head-on collusion."
Brake failure caused Lagos explosion
While
there was no fatality in Friday's accident, at least nine people were
not so lucky when a fuel tanker exploded on Otedola Bridge along the
Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Thursday, June 28.
The
Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed that at least
four others suffered from varying degrees of burns as at least 54
vehicles were also lost to the terrible inferno.
According
to LASEMA, the accident occured when a Mack tanker truck loaded with
33,000 litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) fell and spilled its content
on the road resulting into a fire outbreak. The Lagos State Traffic
Management Authority (LASTMA) disclosed that the accident was due to a
brake failure.
