Biafra: DSS Accuses Kanu Of Sponsoring Terrorism Against Nigeria
The Department of State Services, DSS, has on Tuesday, December 15, told the Federal High Court, Abuja, that the Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, was sponsoring terrorism against Nigeria.
According to Daily Post, counsel of the security agency, Moses Idakwo, who made this claim, urged the court to disregard a bail application by Kanu’s counsel, Vincent Obeta, because his case has to do with terrorism.
He urged the court not to grant the accused bail, saying that Kanu had dual citizenship of Britain and Nigeria and would escape justice if granted bail.
The court however adjourned the case till December 17, to deliver verdict on Kanu’s bail application.
