‘APC Please Leave Dokpesi For Nigeria’ – PDP Protesters Besiege Abuja High Court (Photos)
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Rebirth Group in conjunction with Ethnic Youth Leaders for Peace in Nigeria have besieged the Federal High Court, Abuja with banners in support of the release of the chairman of DAAR communications, Raymond Dokpesi, who is facing trial on six count charges of violation of Public Procurement laws and money laundering.
It would be recalled, the federal government on Tuesday, December 8, issued six counts of money laundering and other financial crimes against Dokpesi.
According to the FG, the funds Mr. Dokpesi accepted represented a breach of the provisions of the Money Laundering Act, the EFCC ACT, and the Public Procurement Act.
