#MinisterialScreening: Why Buhari Dropped Ibeto From Ministerial Nominees
The Senate President, Bukola Saraki at
today’s plenary read a letter announcing President Muhammadu Buhari’s
decision to withdraw the name of immediate past Deputy Governor of Niger
State, Ahmed Musa Ibeto from his ministerial list, bringing the total
number of nominees to 36 from 37 earlier submitted.
Meanwhile, the Senate has promised to improve on whatever gains it recorded yesterday, adding that it would use the feelings of the general public as the yardstick with which to adjudge self.
